فرهاد هستم؛ جامعه‌شناس، لایف کوچ و کوچ رهبری. مسیر من در کمک به دیگران برای رشد و شکوفایی، از علاقه‌ام به فهم عمیق انسان و جامعه آغاز شد. پس از پایان تحصیلات دانشگاهی در رشته جامعه‌شناسی، تصمیم گرفتم برای درک واقعی‌تر آنچه آموخته بودم، آنرا در قلب یک جامعه محلی بیازمایم و با خانواده‌ام به مدت ۴ سال در کنار مردم آن جامعه زندگی کنم.

آن تجربه زیسته، نقطه عطفی در زندگی من بود. من از نزدیک دیدم که چگونه جوامع تغییر می‌کنند، انسان‌ها توانمند می‌شوند و تحول واقعی از دل زندگی روزمره و روابط انسانی شکل می‌گیرد.

طی چهار سال گذشته، با تکیه بر همین بینش و با بهره‌گیری از مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای کوچینگ، به عنوان لایف کوچ و کوچ رهبری، همراه افراد و تیم‌ها بوده‌ام تا آن‌ها را در مسیر کشف پتانسیل‌های پنهان، رشد شخصی و حرفه‌ای و خلق نتایج معنادار یاری دهم.

رویکرد من در کوچینگ، کل‌نگر است؛ یعنی ذهن، جسم، احساسات و محیط را در کنار هم می‌بیند. همچنین از مدل‌ها و ابزارهای برای عمیق شنیدن و حضور، و تکنیک‌های مبتنی بر علوم رفتاری و اجتماعی بهره می‌برم تا تجربه‌ای منحصربه‌فرد، انسانی و اثربخش برای مراجعانم فراهم کنم.
